“ Standard fare for chinese takeout. Food is always piping hot and delivered in a timely fashion. I can’t think of ever having a bad experience and we’ve been ordering from them for over four years now. Chicken skewers are delicious and the pan fried pot stickers are my favorite appetizer(the whole family fights over them so we have to order 2-3 at a time lol). Basil Chicken, General Tso’s, and Kung Pao are all well done and are fan favorites in the house. Definitely get the combination fried rice, it’s light fluffy and full of flavor!!! ”
“ 26 March 2024 update!!! The Tops China manager just called after reading my post below. She was shocked and knew nothing about the problem with my order. I'm so glad she reached out! I meant what I said in post below, I haven't had Chinese food since then, but I will tomorrow!!!!! REINSTATING A 5 STAR RATING ********************************** I've not had Chinese food since this happened because I love their food and when I order I know what I will be getting. The rating comments below were during COVID. I've been a customer for many years, and I'm sad to say I am no more. During a 2 week period, items were missing from two orders, which had NEVER happened before. I didn't call the first time, but did call the second time. A young lady who answered (not the manager who has always been pleasant and helpful) said she couldn't help me because it was an online order, etc. I couldn't believe it and hung up. I called back hoping someone else would answer. The phone was answered and immediately hung up, which I guess means they have caller ID. After this happened with 8 calls, the last time it went to voice-mail and I left a message that I wouldn't be ordering from them again. It's really disappointing, I love their food, but I can't tolerate this low level of customer service and why my initial 5 star rating went to 1 ********************************** I can't wait for them to reopen, I'm going through withdraw!! Food is great, delivery is fast, and never any problems with our orders. ”

They have been operating for over a decade and that’s a testament to the several other very local Chinese food places that quickly went belly-up in a few years. COVID changed the timings and how they operate, and yet the quality of the food remained great. Great value for quantity and quality received ”
“ Let's start with thank God they're open late because not much things are open late on Richmond highway these days. I ordered the fried Chicken wontons and you get 10 pieces for 3.75. The steamed dumplings you get 8 pieces for 5.25, and Gunpower Shrimp which comes with white rice "Crispy jumbo shrimp sauteed with chopped onion in chef's special salt and pepper" As you can tell I ordered while being super hungry because I did not eat all of that food in one sitting. What I can tell you is that every single thing I ordered was delicious. I can't wait to go back and explore other items from the menu. They definitely have a new customer. ”

“ It's my favorite local, Chinese takeout place. I can't speak to the other foods, but I've ordered fried chicken wings. The four piece. With french fries and the shrimp spicy fried rice is amazing. That's the only thing I really order here but it's a really good local Chinese restaurant. I ordered four things and it was only 39 1 dollar for delivery. About roughly 10 a meal. Will definitely be ordering her a lot. Gotta support the locals. Very quick with the delivery too. ”
